What areas do you service?
We are a Small Business located in Lake County, Florida and service all of the Central Florida area. Please call us at (352) 818-8777 to confirm your area.
Do you do Commercial Jobs?
Yes, we complete Residential and Commercial projects.
Are your plans Engineered and Sealed?
Yes, our finished structural plans are Engineered and Sealed Electronically (Raised Seal available upon request), ready to be submitted to the permit department.
What is included in your sets of plans?
Our standard drawings include Existing (If applicable) and Proposed Elevations, Floor plans, Foundation plan, Proposed Plumbing Plan, Proposed Electrical plan (Excluding any Calculations and schedules) and Structural details.
Do you offer Engineered Electrical, HVAC and Site Plans?
Yes, upon request we offer Engineeried Electrical, Engineered HVAC and an Engineered Site Plan with our Premium Plans.
What is the cost for a set of plans?
The cost for design plans is project specific. Contact Craig Ellison at (352) 818-8777 to set up a consultation and for additional information.
Why does your Proposal only last 2 weeks?
Unfortunately, the cost of goods and services are changing frequently. We do our best to keep up with the changes, while staying competitive in pricing.
Why do you charge a Consultation Fee?
We charge a Consultation Fee to come out and discuss your project with you in person. This allows us to be more in-line with our customers vision and to deliver a better final product. If you decide to choose Drafting Unlimited, LLC. for your drafting needs during the consultation, or before your Proposal expires, the consultation fee is waived!
I am adding on to my home, is this a project you would take on?
Yes, we do all types of jobs from small additions, renovations and new construction.
What program do you use for your drawings?
We use Autodesk software including Revit LT 2026® and AutoCad 2026®. Revit LT® offers B.I.M (Building Information Modeling), which offers a 3D view of your project and a more trade reliable final product!
Do you accept Debit and Major Credit Cards?
We do accept Debit and Major Credit cards payments via Square®. We offer a 4% discount on your proposal for paying with a Check or Cash.
Do you complete As-Built Plans?
Yes, we offer As-Built plans for Projects that were built without a permit originally.
