Yes, our finished structural plans are Engineered and Sealed Electronically (Raised Seal available upon request), ready to be submitted to the permit department.

Our standard drawings include Existing (If applicable) and Proposed Elevations, Floor plans, Foundation plan, Proposed Plumbing Plan, Proposed Electrical plan (Excluding any Calculations and schedules) and Structural details. 

Yes, upon request we offer Engineeried Electrical, Engineered HVAC and an Engineered Site Plan with our Premium Plans.

Unfortunately, the cost of goods and services are changing frequently.  We do our best to keep up with the changes, while staying competitive in pricing.

We charge a Consultation Fee to come out and discuss your project with you in person.  This allows us to be more in-line with our customers vision and to deliver a better final product. If you decide to choose Drafting Unlimited, LLC. for your drafting needs during the consultation, or before your Proposal expires, the consultation fee is waived!

Yes, we do all types of jobs from small additions, renovations and new construction.

We use Autodesk software including Revit LT 2025® and AutoCad 2025®.  Revit LT® offers B.I.M (Building Information Modeling), which offers a 3D view of your project and a more trade reliable final product!

We do accept Debit and Major Credit cards payments via Square®.  We offer a 4% discount on your proposal for paying with a Check or Cash.

Yes, we offer As-Built plans for Projects that were built without a permit originally.
